By using legallawgic.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.
These terms govern the Site only. Use of the Legal Lawgic client portal and use of Legal Lawgic services (E-Filing, Service of Process, Court Filing, etc.) are governed by separate service agreements you accept when you create an account or submit a job.
Not legal advice
Legal Lawgic is an attorney service company — we file, serve, and record documents. We are not a law firm. The content on this Site is for general information only and is not legal advice. Don't act on anything you read here without consulting a licensed attorney. Reading this Site or contacting us through it does not create an attorney-client relationship.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
- Scrape, crawl, or copy substantial portions of the Site without permission.
- Attempt to bypass security or access systems you're not authorized to use.
- Submit false, misleading, or third-party-impersonating information through any form.
- Use the AI Assistant to generate harmful, illegal, or harassing content.
Intellectual property
The Site, including its text, graphics, mascot illustrations, logos, and structure, is owned by Legal Lawgic, Inc. and protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may share links to public pages and quote short passages with attribution. You may not copy substantial portions of the Site without written permission.
Third-party links
The Site links to third-party court and recorder websites for your convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability.
No warranties
The Site is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Legal Lawgic and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us for Site access in the prior 12 months.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Legal Lawgic against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these terms.
Governing law & venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute must be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted with the new “Last updated” date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
