This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly and information we collect automatically when you use the site.
Information you provide
- Name, email, phone, firm name when you submit a lead form, contact form, or referral.
- Email address when you subscribe to The Weekly Serve Report newsletter.

- To send the newsletter, only if you subscribed.
- To improve the site and our services.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We don't share it with advertisers.
Who we share with
We share information with the minimum set of trusted service providers we need to deliver the service you asked for:
- Process servers and field agents (NAPPS-licensed, bonded, insured) — to perform service of process.
- Courts and county recorders — to file documents on your behalf.
- Email providers — to deliver transactional and marketing emails.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers — to run the site and portal.
- Government, law enforcement, and courts — when required by law, valid subpoena, or court order.
How long we keep it
Lead and contact submissions are retained as long as we maintain a business relationship plus a reasonable period for record-keeping and dispute resolution. Newsletter subscriber records are kept until you unsubscribe. Portal job records are retained per the portal terms and applicable retention laws.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA — see our CCPA notice.
