How fast does the court conform a filing?
Conformance is the court's job, not ours, but most courts return conformed copies same-day or next business day. The instant they release it, we forward it to you.
Can you advance court fees?
Yes. Fee advancement is 10% standard. Drops to 3.75% if you keep a card on file with us. We do not advance fees on day-one for first-time accounts.
What's the cutoff for same-day?
Generally 11am PT to be safe, but it varies by court. Concierge orders received before noon are usually filed the same day.
